If your firm needs a business phone system in Keighley that works just as well on the shop floor as it does in the office, then give us a shout. We have decades of experience in business phones, and we will make sure your customers hear a friendly voice instead of an engaged tone.
The sound quality is excellent, and your routing rules direct each caller to the right person or team. Your staff can answer on a desk handset, in Microsoft Teams, on our app or on a laptop, in a converted mill, at a works on Royd Ings or at home in Riddlesden.
Speak to our friendly UK-based team on 01535 280490.
Keighley firms only change phone supplier now and again, and a busy works or shop cannot afford a day of missed calls. The VoIP provider in Keighley you choose should keep your 01535 numbers in place and your team working without interruption.
VoIP turns your calls into internet traffic instead of sending them down an old copper pair, and you might see it sold as a hosted PBX. People can pick up at their desk, on the works floor or out on a job.
We would look for free porting, phones that come ready, routing that follows your shifts and help from the engineers who built your setup. As your VoIP provider in Keighley, Blake Telecom gives you each one.
Want a Keighley number as well? Our page on 01535 Keighley phone numbers covers how it works and how to start.

We look after engineering works in the old mill buildings, shops in the Airedale Centre, visitor businesses in Haworth and care providers around Steeton, and each business phone system in Keighley we plan is built around the people who pick up.
We find out who answers, which site they work from and the software they use most. Choosing phone systems in Keighley should never mean learning a new vocabulary, and we keep our explanations short and friendly.
Your sites in Haworth, Silsden, Bingley, Skipton and Steeton can run from one business phone system in Keighley, and a call answered in town can be passed straight to a colleague in Silsden.
The features Keighley teams rely on are listed lower down.
An 01535 number tells your customers you belong to Keighley and the Worth Valley. Where porting is allowed, we move the number to the hosted service on a date of your choice.
Porting your 01535 numbers across is free of charge.
Once it has moved, one call can ring a workshop handset, an office PC and a mobile all at once, and the Keighley number still shows when you call out.
A fitter at a customer’s site in Skipton, an estimator at home in Oakworth and a director travelling to Leeds can all pick up your 01535 number on the app.
When your staff ring customers, the Keighley business number shows up, never a private mobile.
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) carries calls as data over the internet and does away with a copper line.
Calls sound as clear as ever, which is why engineering works, tearooms and practices across the valley now use VoIP phone systems in Keighley. The VoIP guide explains how it works.
Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) puts your calling, video meetings, messaging and company contacts into a single app. The details are on our UCaaS page.
Say a trade customer rings the 01535 number on your business phone system in Keighley chasing a part from the machine shop.
The person on the phone can message the shop floor for progress, pass the customer to the works manager or open a video call to show the finished part, all inside the app, and an AI summary logs the promised delivery date when the call is over.
Contact Centre as a Service, or CCaaS, is for order desks and service teams who spend their day on the phone.
You get queues, routing by skill set, wallboards and call scoring, and our UCaaS and CCaaS solutions write-up shows how they work together.

Call 01535 280490or request a quoteA machine shop on Dalton Lane, a solicitor on North Street and a tearoom in Haworth all use a business phone system in Keighley differently, and we set up the features to suit how you work.
A short, friendly menu sends callers to sales, the works office or accounts.
In a rush, callers hold in order, and you set the music, the longest wait and what plays outside working hours.
Your call rules send each caller to a person, a department or another site, depending on the hour and who is on shift.
Fitters on site and staff working from home answer the office line through the app on a laptop or mobile, and we can add business mobiles if needed.
Recordings support training, quality checks and settling disputes over orders. A month’s calls are kept in warm storage, with up to 180 days if requested, and copies can be archived in cold storage for ten years.
Connect a supported CRM, and a customer’s order history appears while the phone is ringing.
Offices that run on Microsoft Teams can take 01535 calls inside it through direct routing.
For changes or a hand with anything, give our friendly UK team a ring on 01535 280490.
The platform runs on infrastructure certified to ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and Cyber Essentials Plus, and both the NCSC overview and IASME’s guidance explain what those schemes cover.

Manufacturers’ order desks, care providers, letting agents and attractions around Keighley all take a steady flow of calls. Once your own volumes pick up, queues and a wallboard can be added to the service you already have.
The wallboard gives supervisors the size of the queue, the longest wait and today’s answered total, along with who is free. Find out how it works on our contact centre solutions page.

Calls, emails, chat messages and social posts all line up together, and your agents take them one by one.
Each caller reaches someone who knows the product or service they are asking about.
Supervisors can see current waiting times and listen in or take over a call if an agent is struggling.
Your rotas follow real call peaks, and call scores pick out useful coaching moments.
Send order confirmations and delivery updates in one go while your agents carry on answering.
Helpful suggested replies appear during calls, which really helps new starters on the order desk.
If an order is queried, pull up the recording by date or caller’s number and play it back.
An AI receptionist handles everyday questions and routing, then files a short written summary.
Your current phones keep working while the new system is prepared, and we start by agreeing with you who needs a line, which numbers move, your broadband and your opening times.
We talk through your current phones, how calls arrive and who should answer them.
We build your users, teams and call flows from our office and test them before anything leaves us.
Your handsets are programmed in advance and start ringing as soon as they are connected.
Your numbers switch over on the date we set, and your customers get through as normal.
We run a short, friendly demo of the features your staff will need.
We do the heavy lifting before your phones turn up, the changeover is brief, and all the technical work is handled by our engineers.

Keighley firms who ask about telephone systems in Keighley tend to have the same three reasons in mind.
Hybrid working. An estimator working from home in Oakworth picks up the works number, with colleagues’ details and recent calls right there on a laptop.
Business continuity. If the works loses power or broadband, your calls still get through. They reroute to mobiles or a second site and the team carries on, with no backup system to buy.
Voicemail to email. A missed call is emailed to you as a recording you can play at any time.

Since 2004, we have been helping Yorkshire businesses leave copper behind, and we can also connect your site with business broadband or leased lines for steady calls.
The analogue phone network closes permanently on 31 January 2027. Mills and older buildings often have alarms, lift lines, door entry and card machines on copper, and these need listing now.
Using the broadband you already pay for, a hosted business phone system in Keighley has routing, voicemail and apps working from the very first morning.
We test your connection, find anything still on copper and plan the changeover around your shift pattern. Eligible 01535 numbers can normally come with you, and the firms that installed your alarms or card machines will confirm their arrangements.

Family businesses in Keighley moving away from old phone lines often ask if the cloud is as safe as the system on the wall. In most cases it is safer, and here is why.
Checked by Auditors. Unlike most office phone boxes, the cloud platform has passed independent ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and SOC 2 audits, carries Cyber Essentials and follows UK GDPR.
Data Held Securely Off Site. Call records are held in secure UK data centres rather than on an old box in the office, and video meetings are encrypted end to end.
Card Payments. Taking a payment by phone follows PCI DSS, keeping the card number away from whoever answers.
Recordings When Wanted. You can switch on VoIP call recording for any user, keeping calls for 30 days, extending to 180 days or archiving for up to 10 years.
These are the questions local firms put to us most. For more, browse our blog or contact our team.
